Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Chatonline LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered address at 3500 South DuPont Hwy, Dover 19901, United States of America (the "Platform Operator", "We", "Our" or "Us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information of users ("You") of the website www.justcheapflights.com (the "Website") and the JustCheapFlights flight-deal membership (together, the "Services").
We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the UK GDPR and applicable national laws, and, for users in the United States, applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").
1. Information we collect
Information You give us
1.1. Quiz answers and travel preferences, for example how often You fly, who You travel with, the kinds of trips and fares You are interested in, and how flexible Your dates are.
1.2. Your home airport, the airport You choose to receive deals from.
1.3. Your email address, which You enter to receive Your deals, and, where applicable, Your name and other details You give us to create and manage Your Account.
1.4. Payment-related information needed to process the Trial Membership and the Subscription, renewals, cancellations, refunds and fraud prevention: transaction identifiers, billing details, payment status, tokenized payment credentials and processor identifiers. Full card numbers are handled by our payment service providers and are not stored by us.
1.5. Communications with us, including support requests, cancellation and refund requests, and messages sent through our contact form.
Information collected automatically
1.6. Device and browser type, operating system, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, pages viewed, links clicked in our emails, and similar usage data. We use Your approximate location only to suggest airports near You.
1.7. Information stored by cookies and similar technologies, and in Your browser's local storage (for example, Your quiz progress and chosen airport so You can continue where You left off). See the Cookie Policy (https://justcheapflights.com/docs/cookie-policy).
Information from third parties
1.8. We may receive information from payment processors, fraud prevention services, email delivery providers (for example, whether an email was delivered or opened) and analytics providers.
2. How we use Your information
2.1. To provide the Services (performance of contract): to match fares to Your home airport and preferences, send fare alerts, show the deals dashboard, create and manage Your Account and process Your membership.
2.2. To communicate with You: order confirmations, account and security messages, billing and renewal notices, cancellation and refund confirmations, and replies to Your questions.
2.3. Payments and billing: to take payments, manage renewals, process refunds and chargebacks, recover failed payments and prevent fraud.
2.4. Marketing: where permitted by law and, where required, with Your consent (for example, the consent You give when You enter Your email address in our quiz), to send You deal emails and news about the Services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a paid membership; see the Subscription Terms for how to cancel.
2.5. Analytics and improvement (legitimate interests): to understand how the Website and emails are used, fix problems and improve the Services.
2.6. Security and legal compliance: to protect the Services and users against fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, keep accounting and tax records, and comply with legal obligations.
2.7. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about You solely by automated means, apart from limited automated fraud checks on payments.
3. How we share Your information
3.1. We do not sell Your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run the Services, with:
3.1.1. hosting, database and authentication providers;
3.1.2. email delivery and customer support providers;
3.1.3. payment processors, billing and payment recovery providers, and fraud prevention services;
3.1.4. analytics and advertising measurement providers, where You have allowed the related cookies.
3.2. These providers process personal information on our behalf under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security.
3.3. Fare data providers. To find deals we request fares for Your home airport from third-party fare data providers. These requests contain the airport code and currency, not Your name or email address.
3.4. Airlines and travel sellers. When You follow a deal to book, You go to a third-party website. We do not send Your personal information to that website; anything You give it is governed by its own privacy policy.
3.5. Where Google services are used (for example Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Google Ads with Consent Mode), technical identifiers, usage and conversion data may be shared with Google for measurement and advertising attribution, according to Your cookie choices. See https://business.safety.google/privacy/.
3.6. Under some U.S. state laws, disclosing cookie identifiers to advertising partners may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 4 and in the Cookie Policy.
3.7. We may disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from authorities, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Platform Operator, our users or others, and to a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
3.8. International transfers. Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. For transfers of EEA or UK personal data we rely on adequacy decisions (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
4.1. EEA and UK users have the right to access, correct and delete their personal data, to restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing at any time), to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
4.2. U.S. users, where applicable state law provides it, have the right to know and access, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify the request. Where required, we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
4.3. To use Your rights, email support@justcheapflights.com with the email address on Your Account. We may need to verify Your identity. We respond within the time limits set by law and, where the law provides an appeal, explain how to appeal.
5. Complaints
If You have a concern, please contact us first at support@justcheapflights.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where You live or work, or where You believe an infringement occurred.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Website and keep You logged in, and, only with Your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy (https://justcheapflights.com/docs/cookie-policy).
7. Security and retention
7.1. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for incidents caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7.2. We keep personal information only as long as needed: Account, preference and home-airport data for as long as Your Account exists; marketing data until You unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; payment and billing records for as long as accounting, tax and chargeback rules require. After that we delete or anonymize it.
8. Children
The Services are for people aged eighteen (18) or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If You believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party websites
Deals link to airline and travel-seller websites that we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to anything You do there.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The updated version is posted on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Where the law requires it, we will tell You about material changes by email or a notice on the Website.
